Thanks for visiting the official website of the Fairbury Apostolic Christian Church. We are a Bible-based body of believers with a desire to follow God's teachings and to glorify Him in our lives. We are part of the Apostolic Christian Church of America, serving the central Illinois area. Our mission is to teach the gospel, nurture the believer, preserve sound doctrine and to serve others in humility and love.

Announcements

  • June collection is for the Sunday School.
  • Spring Memorandum will be Wednesday evening, June 17.
  • Nomination boxes are available in the hallway for three Sunday School brothers. Consideration for some older brothers is encouraged.
  • Fairview Haven is hosting "Mission in Action Day" on Saturday, June 27, from 4-7pm.   Guided tours begin every half hour with a meal following (free-will offerings accepted).
  • The 10th annual Haiti Diary Benefit is Saturday, June 27.   Click here for more information
  • The Roanoke congregation will be hosting Proclaim and Serve on Saturday, July 11.
  • The Forrest congregation is invited to Fairbury on Wednesday evening, July 22.
  • The annual Gateway Woods Auction is Saturday, August 1st.   (online auction is Friday, July 29)    There is a need for Fairbury volunteers.   For more information on donating or volunteering, click here
  • As the summer dry season approaches, the Altadena Church has the need for 6-8 people to assist with clearing weeds and brush from properties that are awaiting construction. There may also be the possibility of working with Habitat for Humanity on their build sites. Volunteers are needed June 22-26 and July 6-10 with the opportunity to worship with our congregation the weekend before or after. We also welcome anyone interested in volunteering as an individual or smaller group on other dates.   • Register now for the 2026 General Brotherhood Conference in Ellington, CT on Saturday, Aug 8th.
  • The Silver Lining is offering an opportunity for a reader-submitted article on the topic, "Spiritual Lessons From Seasoned Brethren." Click here for more details.
  • A new Jobs section in AC Central is now open to any employer, business, or nonprofit who wishes to recruit Apostolic Christians has been added to the latest update of AC Central.  For a small fee, employers can post jobs to reach all registered AC Central users.
